Using Verdora

You must give accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

Buying and selling

• Items are delivered in-game through a Verdora bot trade.
• Sellers must actually own the items they list and complete trades promptly.
• Ordering and selling are closed nightly between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM CST.
• Some games have their own requirements, such as account level minimums.

Credits and wallet

Credits are a store balance used on Verdora. Purchases require enough credits in your wallet. A service commission is applied to sales. Cash-outs are reviewed before payout.

Refunds

If an order cannot be delivered, the credits are returned to your wallet. Completed deliveries are final unless our team determines something went wrong on our side.

Prohibited behavior

No scamming, chargeback abuse, stolen accounts or items, automated exploitation, or harassment. We may suspend accounts and hold balances tied to abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms as Verdora grows. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
